Murata Megumi ~ Otanjoubi Omedetou Gozaimasu!

Wow, another Melon birthday? That's three out of four!! I find it kind of funny that the three have close birthdays, while leader Saito Hitomi has an October birthday. I don't know Murata very well, but I must say; she is beautiful! And I love her glasses (note; Aya-chii has glasses). OH, she is a vegetarian? Fun fact~

I love this PV to pieces! By far my favorite music video of theirs, out of what I've watched. I love Nacchi as one of the three guys (and how they lowered their voices to match), Aibon is freaking adorable (love her hair), Kaori made me laugh (with her "I'm a sexy princess" pose).

Plus the outfits are colorful, the dancing is fun, and the song is pretty darn catchy. I actually really like the jazziness of this song. And having the band behind them as they dance is really cool. OH! And don't forget!

Gen 5; Takahashi Ai, Konno Asami, Ogawa Makoto, & Niigaki Risa

The debut of two of Momusu's current members! RISA~ I love love love her solo in the beginning of this song! And 2:19, LOL, she is beyond adorable! We're all familiar with leader Ai, so moving on (such a line hog, pfft).

I know of Konkon, but have never really listened to her. Konkon is considered "one of the most popular people in the Hello! Project, with photobook and dvd sales rivalling any of the top stars." And I've heard of Makochan, but again, I've never actually listened to her I don't think.

I actually like Gomaki in this, surprisingly. Maybe it's because she isn't singing in that whiney voice of hers. Oh, I like the short costume/scene change at 3:20 too. The swangy-ness, silliness of this single makes it so fun to watch/listen.

Same as usual; B-side with no video. & I couldn't find any concert version with this 2001 line-up. Honestly, what is this song about? Popcorn? A bit silly. The song itself isn't too bad, but I don't care for it much. Hearing Gomaki right off didn't win me over, but I'm pretty sure I heard Risa (which made me happy) and someone with a super cute voice, not sure which girl it was.



BERRYZ. How I love these girls. And MAIHA! The 'yume yume yume no naka's were so cute/pretty. And I like how the girls took turns singing them. Such a simple but sweet song. The girls look so happy~ I love how they all get lines. Nothing much to say, except that I love it & them.

Sexy Otonajan; Fujimoto Miki, Murakami Megumi, & Natsuyaki Miyabi. ~ It feels like it's been forever since I covered a shuffle group! I really looked for one I hadn't covered, and also for not well known groups. So I went with this one.



First off, you know I am totally for anything with Megumi. And Miyabi is probably my second fave in Berryz (after Yurina, of course). Miki I am unfamiliar with, but she is a good singer from what I hear in this song.

This song is so...I don't know how to describe the vibe it gives off. Not sexy, bluesy? The girls sound beautiful. I love the outfits, but I must admit they make me think Watashi no Mirai no Danna-sama with the red and gold, lol. This is easily a new favorite. Especially for when I'm in the mood for a slow song.
